Google and Novartis have recently announced their unity work  on the development of the smart contact lens, which was uncovered by the research team, Google X during January.These lenses are used to measure the person's blood glucose levels from their tear fluid by the non invasive sensors.These measured data can sent wirelessly to a movie device.

This will help in the management of diabetes in a easy way. This technology is approved by the Novartis through their eye care subsidary, Alcon. Novartis ready to developing the device into a commercial product.
